Thief Hole craft fair this Sunday

A quick update to say that tomorrow you’ll find me at Thief Hole craft fair.I’ll be there selling my work between 1pm and 4pm. Ideal for getting a lie in on a Sunday! Baking doughnuts

baking doughnuts

Surprisingly I don’t blog about everything I bake but like I say I was impressed with this recipe. I was pretty skeptical about the difference between a baked doughnut and an iced bun, but honestly they taste like yeast doughnuts.
