Pottery giveaway contest winner

So last night I closed the pottery giveaway contest, I had 101 entries in total which was an overwhelming response so thank you! If you missed out this time I’m really sorry, I did close the contest slightly early to write this post.

Today is actually my birthday and I’ll be giving away a gift to one lucky winner.

The furthest away entry was from Indonesia and by far your favorite hobbies are within fiber arts with spinning, knitting and crochet being really popular. It was also great to read all your comments about how Little Wren Pottery can be improved, hopefully you’ll love the changes coming in the new range.

I can now reveal papillions was the winning entry. I’ll be getting in touch so keep an eye on your inbox!

If you didn’t win this time I’ll be hosting other giveaways soon so keep an eye on the site. Of course you can also still pick up a bargain in my shop sale too which is ongoing until the 24th of August.

Watch out for my next post which will undoubtedly feature a monster birthday cake! I’ll be making chocolate and vanilla marble cake.

Win a handthrown pottery mug!

If you follow me on Twitter you might know that last week I talked about having a giveaway on my blog. I decided to go with the little red mug as the giveaway prize.

This is actually the first mug I ever threw on the wheel, maybe I shouldn’t give it away but I have plenty other pieces to get sentimental about.

You can see the marks in the clay where I’ve drawn it up, I pulled the handle and attached it to the pot. It has a level piece at the top for you to rest your thumb upon. Also its dishwasher safe so don’t worry about putting it in with your regular dishes.
