Little Wren Pottery is a Father and Daughter team of Chris Baker and Victoria Baker making stoneware pottery in North Yorkshire.
Chris Baker was originally taught to throw at Sunderland College by Ron Mottram and also assisted with teaching during this time. He has an organic design style inspired by travel and nature backed up with a deep technical knowledge of making pots. Chris tends to specialise in making mugs and particularly large or tall objects!
Victoria Baker was taught to throw by her Father in 2009. With a background in graphic design she has a more geometric approach to throwing and continues to learn about all aspects of making pottery. Victoria also handles much of the day-to-day running of the studio including responding to emails and managing social media. She tends to specialise in making yarn bowls and dinner plates.
