Sweet treats for Christmas

Yes, I just used the big C word. I know its only just the end of August but writing published articles pushes you into a schedule thats a month or two ahead of everyone else.

Since I got back there’s been so much going on and taking time to catch up is proving a little more difficult than I’d first thought. As part of my growing to do list I’ve been in the process of writing a new article for UK handmade.

I do relish a good challenge and writing recipes is just such an involved process from start to finish. I’ve tried out three different recipes so far and only had one work, frustrating but there is something strangely satisfying about filling the kitchen with the aroma of caramelising brown sugar.

So while I can’t share the recipes just yet I thought I’d give you a sneak preview!
